Hubert Malinowski

Robotics & AI Engineer

Hubert Malinowski is a robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence engineer specializing in the integration of mechanical engineering, electronics, and software into complex technical systems.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Robotics and Industrial Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, one of Poland’s leading technical universities. He continued his education at the same institution by pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, combining a strong engineering foundation with advanced expertise in software development, algorithms, and data-driven systems.

Hubert has gained professional experience in organizations developing highly advanced engineering technologies, including PIAP Space, the Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation, and GMV.

At PIAP Space, he developed expertise in the field of space robotics, where precision engineering, mechanical reliability, sensor integration, computer vision, and systems designed for extreme operational environments are essential. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of developing technologies in which hardware, optics, electronics, and software must function as one fully integrated system.

At the Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation, he contributed to projects related to aviation, space technologies, unmanned systems, automated testing, and engineering software. Working in a research and development environment, he gained experience not only in rapid prototyping but also in solution validation, rigorous testing, data analysis, and preparing technologies for real-world deployment. This enabled him to combine software engineering with practical systems engineering for technologies operating outside controlled laboratory conditions.

At GMV, Hubert continues to expand his expertise in software engineering for advanced technological systems, including solutions used in the aerospace, navigation, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors. His work strengthens his capabilities in software architecture, data integration, automation, autonomous systems, and the development of scalable, reliable, and operationally resilient technologies.

At Green Solution, Hubert leads the development of the company’s robotic technology, including sensors, optics, computer vision systems, AI components, and the integration of mechanical engineering, electronics, and software. He oversees the development process from concept and prototyping through testing and preparation for real-world field operation. His experience in space robotics, aviation, unmanned systems, and software engineering strengthens Green Solution in one of its most critical areas—the development of a highly precise robotic platform.
