He completed an MBA program at AKSiM and has developed businesses across the IT, payment systems, cryptocurrency, pharmaceutical, and agricultural sectors. As the founder of the IT company Flix Cash, Filip developed a business focused on cash handling and cryptocurrency exchange through a network of payment terminals and Bitcoin ATMs. He managed an operational model involving high-volume cash transactions, payment infrastructure, logistics, partner networks, and compliance with financial market regulations. This experience provided him with practical expertise in transactional technologies, scaling distributed service networks, and managing businesses built around geographically distributed hardware infrastructure.

Filip is also the founder of Polskie Zakłady Nawozowe, a company developing products for agriculture and horticulture, including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and growing media enriched with hydrogel. At Green Solution, Filip leads the company’s vision, strategy, and commercialization of its robotic hydrogel injection technology.
